From budget to a finished trip

1. Interview or searches

The AI planner asks about the destination (or suggests one), dates, travellers, budget, standard, transport, baggage, interests, pace, accessibility and a car.

You can also start from the partner searches — flights, stays, cars and activities — and add items to the plan by hand.

2. Three variants, fully broken down

Every variant shows the total and per-person cost, the split between flight, stay, car and activities, the share of your budget used, a fit score and a plan for each day with travel times.

All amounts are the planner's estimate — the current price and conditions are confirmed by the partner.

3. Changes that do not break the rest

Change the hotel only, the flight only or the car only. Lower the cost or raise the standard. Lock what should stay. Generate another variant and compare.

4. My trip

The plan on a timeline: all items, date and place conflicts, budget, currency and the estimated total. Save the plan to your account and share it by link.

5. Booking with partners

From the plan you move to a list of steps: for each item you open the partner search, check the current price and book directly with them.

Holiday System takes no payment and never stores card data.

6. After booking

The seller sends the confirmation — and handles changes, cancellations and complaints.

The plan stays in your account: come back to it on any device, including during the trip. If something in Holiday System does not work, send us a request.
