1. What Holiday System is

Holiday System is a planning tool: an interview, three trip variants, a day plan and one shared plan. We are not a travel agency — we do not organise package holidays or linked travel arrangements, and we do not sell flights, stays or car rental.

2. How a booking happens

For every item in your plan we take you to a partner search, where you see current offers and complete the booking.

The contract is between you and the seller (agent, carrier, property, rental company), on their terms. Holiday System is not a party to it and takes no payment.

3. Prices in the planner

Amounts in the planner, the plan and the summary are estimates based on dates, destination, length of stay, number of travellers and the price level of the country. They are not an offer in the legal sense.

The current price, availability, fare conditions, baggage and cancellation rules are confirmed by the partner at the moment of booking. They can differ from the estimate — especially in peak season and for last-minute bookings.

4. Account

You do not need an account to plan. It is there to save a plan, share it by link and open it on another device.

5. What you pay us

We charge nothing for the planner. Some links and searches are affiliate links — we may receive a commission from the partner. It does not increase the price you pay.

6. Complaints

Complaints about a booking, change, cancellation or refund go to the seller you bought from. If something in Holiday System does not work, or you do not know who to ask — write to us through the request form.

7. Site operator

The service is run by the owner of the holidaysystem.pl domain. Registration details will be added here; until then please use the request form.

8. Partner flight search (Travelpayouts)

The flight search is provided by our partner Travelpayouts (White Label). Holiday System only provides the search surface — it is not a party to the transport or ticket sale contract and takes no payment for these bookings.

Final price, availability, payment, fare conditions, changes, cancellations, complaints and refunds are handled entirely by the external seller, on their terms. Read the conditions of the seller before you buy.
